Prepared from ONEDECORE's interior-planning framework and reviewed against current homeowner questions. Project-specific recommendations require site measurements and an approved scope.
Assign each bedroom before designing it
Primary bedroom, children's room, parents' room, guest room and study all need different storage and furniture. Avoid designing a generic second and third bedroom before their users are known.
Create a whole-home storage map
Distribute linen, luggage, cleaning supplies, shoes, pantry goods and occasional items across the home. This prevents every bedroom wardrobe from trying to solve every storage problem.
Coordinate the common areas
Living, dining and kitchen are often visually connected. Repeating a limited set of materials or tones can make these spaces read as one home without making every room identical.
Separate essentials from upgrades
Kitchen function, wardrobe storage and necessary site work can be prioritized first. Decorative wall treatments, elaborate ceilings and optional built-ins can then be evaluated against the remaining budget.
Compare quotations at the same scope
A 3 BHK label does not define an interior package. Compare room-by-room inclusions, material specifications and site work rather than assuming every 3 BHK quotation covers the same work.
