Prepared from ONEDECORE's interior-planning framework and reviewed against current homeowner questions. Project-specific recommendations require site measurements and an approved scope.
Prioritize the kitchen and wardrobes
These are usually the most storage-intensive fixed elements. Resolve their internal requirements before decorative units consume the budget.
Give the second bedroom a clear job
Guest room, children's room, parents' room and home office produce very different furniture and storage needs. Designing for all of them at once usually wastes space.
Keep the living room flexible
Avoid filling every wall with cabinetry. Decide whether television, display, books, pooja, work or toy storage genuinely need a permanent built-in solution.
Coordinate repeated finishes
Using a controlled palette across cabinetry can make a compact home feel more coherent and can simplify material approvals.
Budget by scope
Compare quotations only after defining which rooms and components are included. A low number for kitchen-and-wardrobes cannot be compared with an end-to-end home scope.
